Zippered ShaperPost-Surgical Compression Garment

The Zippered Shaper ZS1 is a post-surgical compression garment designed to provide continuous support from the abdomen and waist through the hips and lower extremities. Its high-waisted construction delivers controlled compression to the midsection, while a reinforced abdominal panel provides additional support to the abdominal area during recovery. Dual side-zipper closures positioned over hook-and-eye fastenings provide secure compression while allowing easier dressing and removal. Depending on the selected length, the garment can extend above the knee, to the calf, or to the ankle, providing targeted coverage for different treatment areas. The open-crotch design offers added convenience during extended daily wear without requiring complete garment removal. Smooth compression fabric helps create consistent support across the waist, flanks, hips, thighs, and legs. Available with different waistband and length options, the ZS1 can be selected according to the areas requiring post-operative compression and the patient’s recovery needs.

To preserve the compression, elasticity, and abdominal reinforcement, hand wash the garment in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Before washing, fully close both zippers and hook-and-eye closures to help protect the fabric and hardware.

Wash gently without scrubbing, twisting, or wringing. Take additional care around the zippers, closures, and lace trim. Rinse thoroughly and gently press out excess water without stretching the garment. Air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh detergents, as these may weaken the compression fibers. Tumble dry without heat only. Do not iron or dry clean. Proper care helps maintain the garment’s compression, fit, structure, and performance throughout repeated wear.
