To maintain the compression, elasticity, and reinforced abdominal support, hand wash the garment in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent. Wash gently without scrubbing, twisting, or wringing the fabric. Rinse thoroughly and carefully press out excess water. Air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat.
